♡ Due to the increased volume of orders (thank you!), therefore please allow at least 16-20 days at the latest for us to create them. Further delays may occur according to the order volume during any given time. This does not include the duration of shipment.

♡ Please be patient with our processing time as all our pieces are made with love & care by a small team of artists. Each set requires long hours of precision to create your nails to their best quality. We do not hold or make any ready-to-ship nail sets. This way all sets can be personalised & customised to your preferences. 

♡ Please do not use any P.O. Box addresses according to our courier provider policies. 

♡ All shipment comes with a tracking number to follow the journey of your package. You will get your nails in approx. 7-14 working days once they are shipped out depending on your courier of choice. 

We offer: DHL Express: 3-7 working days / UPS Priority: 7-15 working days 

♡ We ship worldwide! If your country is not included in our checkout, please email or DM us directly. Please note that we do not have a flat rate shipping, therefore the rates may vary between each countries. 

♡ International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country.

♡ Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. These costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. 

♡ On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of duties and import taxes will not.

♡ All our pieces are handmade-to-order, therefore, we do not issue any returns or exchanges. All sales are final once payment has been processed. 

♡ We are not responsible for any wrong measurements given to us. Please ensure that your measurements are correct before checking out your order. We want your nails to fit perfectly! 

On the rare occasion of our products arriving badly damaged, please contact us at nailangel.jp@gmail.com within 1-3 days of receiving your nails. Any contact after stated duration will not be eligible for any refunds.
