♡ How long do orders take to fulfil?
♡
Our usual lead time to fulfil orders is 16-20 days at their latest, this does not include shipping time. We create and assemble the nail designs from scratch and our pieces are made to order. We do not hold any pre-made sets.
The wait may be long, but we confidently state that it will be worth your time when you receive them!

♡ How long do the nails last?

Our nails can last you a lifetime with proper hygiene & care. They are 100% reusable to your heart's desire, and can be removed & applied as many times as you need!

♡ Can you do custom sets? ♡
All nail sets can be mix & matched with the other sets available on our store. Custom nail shapes & length choices are available for every set if you wish to change them. Please note that we have the rights to decline any requests if we think we do not have the right supplies to meet your desires.

♡ Can we send 'nail inspo' pictures for you to replicate? ♡
We do not copy or replicate any designs taken from other nail artists or studios. Please purchase the designs from the original and respectful creators or ensure that you have been given permission for us to create the designs for you. However in most cases, we will adapt the designs or nail inspiration sent to us as a custom set in our own creative direction.

♡ How do you price the sets? ♡
